Our trajectory is from advisory to co-development to principal ownership. We engage with developers, capital partners, and operators as the operational partner on the parts of a project that are most often underestimated and most often determinative.
Siterra is being built as a long-term firm, one whose value grows with the projects we touch and the sites we help deliver.
The most consequential development work of the next decade will be the operational work of converting raw land into construction-ready land in jurisdctions where doing so is genuinely hard.
That work requires people who have personally led complex entitlements, understand how community benefit agreements actually get negotiated, know which utility relationships matter in which markets, and can translate between developers, jurisdictions, and the people who live where projects get built.
Siterra was founded to be that operational partner — and over time, to become a principal in the projects we help define.
